To request a date, please visit my Contact page and fill out an order request form - please provide as much detail as possible in your request form; any ideas, colours, themes or visions you have in mind will help me create something completely unique to you or your event! Please confirm spelling is correct if providing names. Once submitted, I will contact you and if I have availability, I will provide a quote based on your requests. A non-refundable deposit or full payment will be required at booking, depending on how close the booking is to the event date. If a deposit is requested, the remaining payment must be made at least 2 weeks before your pick up date.
Yes! All cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed to ensure freshness. Heat-sealed cookies will stay fresh for a couple weeks on the counter and can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
All sets are priced individually based on the details given in the order request form. The base price is $60 per dozen. The more detail, designs and colours that are required for a set, the higher the quote.
Unfortunately no, not at this time. My recipes use gluten, dairy, eggs, sugar and food dyes. Although there are no nuts in my sugar cookie recipe, my kitchen is not nut-free.
The average size is between 3.5"-4" for a standard cookie. Mini cookies are available as add-ons or substitutes in a set (if substituting for a standard size cookie, the difference will be made up in extra cookies) Size discrepancies do exist in my standard sized cutters and I will add in extra cookies if I believe the cutters are on the smaller size.
Delivery within St. Thomas is available for a small fee. Delivery to London and surrounding area may also be available for a slightly higher fee, location pending.
A minimum order of one dozen is required for custom sets.
I recommend booking in at least 1-2 months in advance. Please note I take on very little to no custom orders the week(s) leading up to major holidays. All final details for your set must be given one month prior to your pick up date.
The cookies should be kept in a cool, dry area in their individual packages until ready to be plattered or enjoyed. Do not refrigerate cookies or keep them in direct sunlight. Humidity is the coloured icing's worst nightmare and can sometimes cause colour bleed.
Your contact information, pick up date, quantity and type of event must be provided when filling out the form. If you have a super specific vision in mind about what you want your set to look like, please provide as much detail as possible in the request form. Inspiration pictures are extremely helpful and can be attached to the order request form. Examples of inspiration pics you could add are the event's invitation and/or decor, preferred colour palettes, pinterest boards, clipart, etc. Other cookier's work can be added but please note I will not duplicate another artist's set, just draw inspiration!
Please contact me immediately if an order needs to be cancelled. If the cancellation is too close to the date and I'm unable to re-book for the date or have already started your order, your deposit/full payment may be lost.
I cannot make changes to your order within 2 weeks of the event date. Even though I don't bake and decorate until the week of the event, I brainstorm designs and print cookie cutters weeks before your event. Small changes to designs and colours can usually be accommodated with adequate notice however please note that I book several sets per week and sometimes changes cannot be made based on the other sets I have booked for the same dates. If you have reserved a date in the future, I ask that you submit all the final details for your set at least one month before your event. Additionally, changes to your order may affect the cost of your set.
Cake toppers can be added to an existing order for a small fee. Ordering a single cake topper without a matching set is possible however prices start at $15+ for a single topper. Please specify on the order request form if you would like a single topper or a topper(s) added to your set.
In their sealed packages, the cookies will stay fresh for 2+ weeks on the counter. Please keep the cookies in a cool, dry area until your event. Do not store cookies in the refrigerator.
In the event of leftover (ha!) cookies or a postponed event, cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. To freeze them successfully, place individually sealed cookies in an airtight container before freezing. When thawing, remove the container from the freezer but do not open it until the cookies are completely thawed. The condensation during thawing can cause colour bleeding in the icing if not done properly.
